10 Church Lane is a pretty traditional stone Cornish holiday cottage just a short level walk from the Harbour and shops in the old part of the town. The cottage has a lovely relaxed sea side feel with wooden floors and window seats and a rayburn in the large kitchen, giving the house a homely feel.
The cottage also benefits from a private patio area and parking for 2 cars behind large wooden gates. There is also an outhouse housing the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as beach chairs, buckets and spades and various other beach essentials.
The self catering holiday cottage comprises 4 bedrooms. A double with kingsize bed and travel cot, another double room, a twin room and a single room with pull out bed. There is a recently refurbished bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and wash basin and a separate WC with washbasin.
Downstairs there is a large lounge area with open fire, TV, DVD player, CD player and a collection of books, DVDs and games for guests to use. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher and fridge freezer and a large kitchen table, the back door opens on to the private patio and car parking area.
Towels and bed linen are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, but not allowed upstairs, and smoking is not allowed in the property.
